Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Eliminationflex accepts returns, cancellations, and refund requests for products and services purchased through eliminationflex.world.

1. Digital Products

Digital products, including the Habit Trigger Map and Kinetic Drill Library, are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Refund requests for digital products may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been substantially accessed or downloaded.
  • Once digital content has been fully delivered and accessed, refunds are generally not available unless the product is materially defective or differs significantly from its description.

2. Coaching Sessions

For one-on-one guided coaching sessions:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session price.
  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), you may have statutory rights regarding products and services that do not meet acceptable quality standards. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a digital product that is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision.
